02 / PRODUCTS

Choose a product and find its workspace

For a consistent fixed resource, start with a fixed-IP product. For bandwidth, duration or proxy-count credits, choose the matching generator product. Each has its own billing and balance.

Static residential

Per IP, per selected term

For account environments and long-running tasks that require a consistent connection.

Copy connections from the static residential list after purchase. Notes, exports, QR codes, renewals and device controls are available.

Daily static proxies

Per package, IP count and term

For short-term projects and connection needs with a defined duration.

Purchase a package with a defined IP count. View original and transit endpoints in the daily static list, then copy, export or add notes.

Live streaming proxies

Per IP, per selected term

For streaming workflows requiring connection-source management and ongoing resource maintenance.

Get connections from the streaming list. Use the protocol provided with the service and manage renewals, notes and devices.

Rotating residential

Bandwidth packages, billed per GB

For public data collection, regional testing and workflows requiring rotating connections.

Buy GB bandwidth, then generate connections by pool, location, session and output format. A generator API can also be exported.

Mobile proxies

Mobile bandwidth, billed per GB

For mobile network testing and regional access verification for mobile workflows.

Use the separate mobile bandwidth and key. Choose a country, gateway, session and format. Mobile and residential balances are separate.

Unlimited proxies

By bandwidth and hours or days

For ongoing jobs planned around available bandwidth and operating time.

Purchase bandwidth and duration, then select an active key to generate connections. Check expiry or renew in My keys.

Datacenter proxies

Per IP, per selected term

For data jobs and automation environments requiring defined resources and terms.

Copy connections from the datacenter list after purchase. Check expiry, add notes, use QR codes, export and renew.

Short-lived residential

Credits billed by proxy count

For batch workflows that require short-lived connections and generation records.

Buy proxy-generation credits, select a country and optional region, and generate connections. Results, failure counts and history are shown separately.

03 / PURCHASE

Understand plans and payment status

Payments are not available yet

You can browse plans, view past orders and manage existing resources. Purchase, top-up and renewal payments are currently unavailable.

  1. Configure an available plan. Select a product tab on the pricing page, then its term, continent, country and route. A 30-day term is selected by default when available. Residential and mobile use GB packages, Unlimited uses bandwidth and duration, and short-lived proxies use proxy-count packages.
  2. Review the unit price and total. For fixed products, the unit price is per IP for the selected term, rather than a daily rate. Daily static totals include the package IP count. GB, Unlimited and short-lived packages use their own displayed billing units.
  3. Continue and confirm the order. If signed out, sign in to continue with the selected plan. Review the payment channel, eligible discount and final amount before confirming. Top up if the balance is insufficient; online channels depend on current availability.
  4. Confirm payment through the order status. Order creation, wallet broadcast and platform payment confirmation are separate stages. Check payment only queries the order. If the result is unclear, query the order before submitting another payment.
04 / FIXED IPs

Fixed resources: connect and maintain

After payment is confirmed, open the matching resource list and search by keyword or status. Use the host, port, username and password from the same record.

Copy → verify → save

Test the copied connection and check its protocol and expiry before saving it in your client. Export when a backup is needed. QR codes apply to their matching client and protocol.

Static residential / streaming

Use notes, copy, exports, QR codes, individual or batch renewals, and connected or blocked device controls. Select resources and review the renewal quote and order before confirming.

Daily static

View original and transit endpoints, search, add notes, copy and export. This list does not offer renewals or device controls.

Datacenter

View connections and expiry, add notes, copy, export and use QR codes. Individual and batch renewals are available. Device controls are not provided in this list.

05 / GENERATE

Generate connections for your product

Generating connection details does not test connectivity. Use the generator matching the credits or key you purchased, then test the connection in your client.

Rotating residential

  1. Check the remaining residential bandwidth, then choose a gateway and pool.
  2. Select a country, then a region, city or ASN where supported by the pool. Selecting an ASN clears the region and city.
  3. Set the session, protocol, count and output format. Generate connections, then copy or download the result.

After changing the pool or country, review the location settings. A generator API and a connection list are different outputs.

Open generator

Mobile proxies

  1. Check the mobile bandwidth balance and mobile key, then open the mobile generator.
  2. Choose a country, gateway and session. The mobile product uses its own pool and does not offer region, city or ASN filters.
  3. Choose the protocol, count and output format, then generate. Export the generator API when needed for your workflow.

Mobile credits and credentials are separate. Residential bandwidth does not increase the mobile balance.

Open generator

Unlimited proxies

  1. Check the purchased key’s bandwidth, status and expiry in My keys.
  2. In proxy setup, select an active key, then set the country, session, protocol and format.
  3. Enter a connection count from 1 to 1000 and generate a list or API. Start renewals from the key list.

Generation requires an active key and a configured service gateway. Bandwidth and duration follow the purchased plan.

Open generator

Short-lived residential

  1. Check the remaining credits. Generate 1–100 connections per request without exceeding the balance.
  2. Select a country and an optional state or region, then generate.
  3. Copy successful results and check the history in My short-lived IPs. For partial failures, review the success count first.

This product uses proxy-count credits. It does not provide the residential generator API or the fixed-IP renewal workflow.

06 / CONFIGURATION

Understand locations, gateways and sessions

Target country and location
Select the desired exit country or region. Available countries, regions, cities and ASNs depend on the product and pool. Random selection leaves the location unspecified.
Access gateway
The host and port your client connects to. Gateway region and exit country are separate settings. Use the complete address from the generated result.
Rotate per request
This mode does not pin a sticky session and is intended for rotating workflows.
Sticky session
Residential, mobile and Unlimited offer 5, 10, 15 or 30-minute sessions. Keep the full generated username for the same session. Session duration is not a permanent fixed-IP reservation.
Manual switching
Residential and mobile support manual mode. Generate connections first, then use the page’s switch action. Unlimited does not offer the same manual mode.
07 / CONNECT

Configure your client

Check the protocols supported by your service, then fill in the client fields. Protocol and output format are separate settings: rearranging a string does not convert its protocol.

HostPROXY_HOST
The proxy hostname or IP from the resource or generated result.
PortPROXY_PORT
The port belonging to that connection, rather than the website API.
UsernameUSERNAME
Copy the complete username, including location and session suffixes.
PasswordPASSWORD
Use the proxy password from the same connection.

Three output formats

PROXY_HOST:PROXY_PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORDUSERNAME:PASSWORD@PROXY_HOST:PROXY_PORTUSERNAME:PASSWORD:PROXY_HOST:PROXY_PORT

Fill in separate fields when the client provides them. If it requires one string, choose its supported format. Keep the location and session fragments in the username.

HTTP proxy: test an HTTPS destination

HTTP proxy · cURL
curl --proxy "http://PROXY_HOST:PROXY_PORT" --proxy-user "USERNAME:PASSWORD" --connect-timeout 15 "https://example.com/"
Replace the placeholders with your connection details and use the destination you need to access.

SOCKS5: resolve the destination through the proxy

SOCKS5 proxy · cURL
curl --proxy "socks5h://PROXY_HOST:PROXY_PORT" --proxy-user "USERNAME:PASSWORD" --connect-timeout 15 "https://example.com/"
socks5h:// lets the proxy resolve the destination hostname. Check that the service supports SOCKS5.

In Windows PowerShell, use curl.exe in place of curl. These are single-line commands. If credentials contain quotes or other special characters, escape them for your shell or use the client’s separate fields. Official cURL option reference

08 / AUTOMATION

Export a generator API

Residential, mobile and Unlimited generators can export an API URL for the current settings so your program can obtain connections. This URL is different from the proxy host used by your client.

  1. Open the matching generator, confirm credits or an active key, and configure location, session, count, protocol and output format.
  2. Choose Generate API or API mode and copy the complete URL shown on the page. Keep the matching product key and parameters.
  3. Request that URL in your program and read the returned connections, then pass those proxy details to your request client. Do not put the generator URL in the client’s proxy-host field.
Export again after configuration or key changes

Generator URLs may contain product credentials; store them with the same care as proxy passwords. After resetting a key, regenerate the connections and API and update your running programs.

Service API basehttps://ipdatahub.com/api

This is the service API base, not a proxy gateway. Copy the actual generator URL from the generator.

09 / WORKSPACE

Usage, orders and account maintenance

10 / TROUBLESHOOTING

Troubleshoot by symptom

Start by testing one proxy and one destination before increasing the count. These checks do not require repeated purchases or regenerating a full batch.

Sign-in or session verification times out

Check the network and use the page’s retry action. Sign in again if the session expired. Use password recovery from the sign-in page if needed.

Check workspace access
Proxy authentication fails / HTTP 407

Use the username and password from the same connection. Keep location and session suffixes, and check whitespace, field order and the current key. Regenerate after a key reset.

Review connection fields
Timeout, unresolved host or unreachable port

Verify the proxy host, port and protocol. Check resource validity, credits and whether your network allows the port. Compare the same connection with the proxy checker.

Open proxy checker
Unexpected exit location or session changes

Check the selected target country, rather than only the gateway region. For the same session, keep the full username, confirm rotation mode is not selected and review the session duration.

Review location and session settings
Generation blocked, no active key or gateway unavailable

Use the generator and balance for your purchased product. Unlimited requires an active key. If the service gateway is unavailable, contact support; the API base cannot replace it.

Review product generation steps
Only some short-lived connections were generated

Save the successful results and check the failure count, history and remaining credits before generating more. A partial failure does not mean the whole batch failed.

Review short-lived results
Payment is pending or resources are missing

Query the current order. Order creation or wallet broadcast does not confirm platform receipt. Once paid, check the product category and refresh its resources or balance. If unresolved, provide support with the order number and time.

Check order status
