What products does IPDataHub offer?
Eight product families: static residential, daily static, streaming, rotating residential, mobile, Unlimited, datacenter and short-lived residential proxies. Each has its own plans and resource or credit management.
Should I choose static or rotating proxies?
For a consistent connection, explore static, daily static or streaming products. For rotating bandwidth-based connections, explore residential or mobile proxies. Unlimited packages are planned around bandwidth and duration.
How does pricing work?
Products are billed by IP and term, GB, bandwidth and time, or proxy count. Each plan shows its billing basis. The amount returned with your submitted order is the final payable amount.
How do I get my connections?
Sign in to your workspace and open the relevant product page to view resources or generate connections. Available configuration, export and QR options depend on the product.
Does creating payment information mean I have paid?
No. Creating an order, broadcasting a wallet transaction and platform payment confirmation are separate stages. Check the server-confirmed result or your order status.
